Hi there! My name is Alyssa Anne Austin, and I'm an award-winning Actor, Author & Creative Entrepreneur.

 

Dance was my introduction to the arts - I started dancing when I was 3, and continued throughout my whole life, dancing competitively in high school and in college, as part of the Penn State Lionettes Dance Team. ​

 

When I graduated from college, I stopped performing, moved out to San Diego, and starting working in corporate marketing - but something was always missing. In 2016, I found my way back to performing, and the rest - as they say - is history!

Today I'm so lucky to get to work as a commercial and theatre actor in San Diego, LA and beyond. I also run my own coaching business, Poised & Professional, which I started in 2018, where I help professional women of all ages discover their unique gifts, own their stories, and pursue their dream lives. I even combined my passions of coaching and performing into a "part TED Talk, part Broadway cabaret" one-woman show, which won the 2023 BroadwayWorld San Diego Award for Best Cabaret/Concert/Solo Performance.
